North End products are subject to stringent quality requirements. However, in the event of any material or production fault in a product purchased from one of our authorized retailers, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
This guarantee excludes damages caused by accidents, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, damage caused by fire, animals, sharp edges, and fading of colors due to extended UV exposure.
This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser only, and limited to customers residing in the USA.
The decision as to whether to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a product shall be taken by North End. To process any guarantee claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your purchase details.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the North End Decor Warranty Department, 2400 70th Ave East, Suite B100, Fife, WA 98424 with a Warranty Return Form. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. North End Decor will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
